Prestige Transportation Terms and Conditions




  1. All deposits are NON-refundable.
  2. Prestige Transportation is not responsible for delays or terminations due to inclement weather or unsafe road conditions.
  3. A minimum of 3 hours’ cancellation notice is required before the scheduled pick-up time for sedans and SUVs to avoid charges. Specialty vehicles such as limousines, shuttle buses, Sprinter vehicles and vans require a one week notice of cancellation to avoid charges. All late cancellations are billed as follows: the base rate multiplied by the minimum vehicle hours, plus any service charges and sales tax.  In certain instances, cancellation notices may vary due to conditions, events, vehicle type and market area.
  4. A no-show fee will be charged equal to the base rate plus any additional fees.  These might include airport fees, surface transportation charges (STC), toll(s), and parking.
  5. The client assumes full financial responsibility for damages to any of Prestige Transportation's vehicles caused by the client or members of their party.
  6. Smoking in our vehicles is prohibited. Should a client or member of their party smoke in a vehicle a $500 cleaning fee is applied to the client's bill. An additional fee of $200.00 is applied to each carpet or seat burn.
  7. Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited where applicable by law. The client will pay any fines for violations of the law. Minors are never allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle. The Chauffeur may terminate the trip without refund if there are indiscretions on the part of the client(s).
  8. If vehicles are left excessively dirty by clients or members of their party, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged.  Examples might include excessive trash, stains in the carpet or seats, spilling food & drinks, vomiting, etc.
  9. All airport pick-ups are subject to the following wait time fees after the client has met their driver and luggage has been retrieved: Clients are allotted 15 minutes to take care of any number of personal things such as use the restroom or smoke a cigarette before the trip begins, etc.  After 15 minutes, the client will be charged 25% of base vehicle rate in 15-minute increments.
  10. Prestige Transportation cannot assume responsibility for items left behind in our vehicles. We will do everything possible to secure items left behind.
  11. Outstanding balances must be paid to the Chauffeur upon arrival unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
  12. Prestige Transportation cannot transport more people than the vehicle's seating capacity. This is limited to the number of seatbelts in the vehicle.
  13. Vehicle Pricing differs for sedans, shuttles, and luxury vehicles. A 10% Surface Transportation Charge (STC) for fuel and administrative expenses will be applied to your bill. Other charges can include reimbursement for tolls, bridges (where applicable), parking, airport and event fees, WiFi and client requested incidentals.
  14. A $30 surcharge will be added to your bill if service is required for a public holiday.
  15. A $30 surcharge will apply for service booked after 12:01 AM and before 5:59 AM.
  16. Any stops during service, except for as-directed work, will be billed at $20 for each stop.
  17. Any required overnight travel for chauffeurs or staff will be expensed to clients.  At a minimum, this will include lodging and meals.
  18. All payments received, serve as acceptance and agreement of all listed Prestige Transportations’ Terms & Conditions.
  19. All rates, charges and terms are subject to change without notice.
